How do I place an order for something separate than what’s available on the site and how far in advance should I place an order? Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If you’d like to place a special order, please reach out to us at TheTastingExperience@gmail.com at least 4 weeks in advance with any inquiries. If an order is needed in less than 4 weeks, a rush fee will be applied.
How much is the rush fee?
There is no set rush fee. The rush fee is dependent on the product and timeline requested, and is up to The Tasting Experience’s discretion.
When are the details for order pickups shared?
Pickup is in Prince Gerorge’s County, MD. Specific details on pickup timing and location is shared via text or email 4 - 5 days in advance of your pickup day.
What happens if I’m going to be late or I miss my product pickup date/time?
If you are going to be late, please contact The Tasting Experience via the phone number or email address that confirmed your pickup time at least 30 minutes in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Pending availability of The Tasting Experience, you may still be able to be accommodated.
If you know you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup day, please do contact The Tasting Experience as far in advance as possible. Any missed pickups and rescheduling requests will be at the discretion of The Tasting Experience.
Does The Tasting Experience deliver?
The Tasting Experience doesn’t currently deliver, we’re available through pickup.
Are the Crab Balls available for custom orders?
We currently offer Crab Ball Bundle Boxes by request but requests must be made no later than 1 month in advance. No rush orders are accepted.
